How much energy can you put in your fridge?
There are plenty of options for keeping your fridge stocked with fresh food, but which one is best for you depends on your goals and budget.

Storage space: A freezer can hold up to 150 pounds of frozen food, which means you’ll want to store the food there.
You also need space for the food inside and outside.
The more storage space you have, the longer you can keep the food and ice cold, and the less likely you’ll have food spoilage.
In addition to being economical, freezes also come in handy if you need the freezer for other reasons.
For instance, you can take a lot of food and throw it in a fridge to make sure it’s not spoiling.
