How to create your own Halo Energy Sword
- July 30, 2021
Posted April 24, 2018 12:09:31The energy sword that’s been in the works since Halo 5 was actually an idea I had when I first saw it in Halo 5: Guardians.
But the idea wasn’t really meant to be released to the public until I made it available to the world at large, which is why I decided to hold off on making it public for a while.
That said, I wanted to share the sword with you so that you can see how I made the sword.
The idea of a sword that uses kinetic energy was born from my love of the Halo franchise.
I wanted something that could kill enemies with a single kick, and I knew that Halo would be a great place to find that energy sword.
When the Halo team was making the Halo 5 campaign, I was asked if I could do some art for them.
I had never done any of the main character’s weapons, but I knew I could get the energy sword concept across.
The result was an awesome kinetic energy sword from a kinetic energy design studio.
The kinetic energy team was actually the same team that designed the energy weapon for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.
The energy sword was based on a concept from a game called The Void that I’d been working on since Halo 4.
The Void game had the kinetic energy weapon use kinetic energy as a form of defense, which I figured was a cool way to do something cool that wasn’t necessarily a weapon, but still had some uses.
I made a few changes to the kinetic energies sword design, including the addition of the sword to the weapon’s main hand, and added a small, small, light, and red glow effect to the sword’s back.
The weapon is also available for purchase in the Xbox store for $200.
I’d love to see more kinetic energy weapons from this team, so I’d like to get more feedback on how they would play out.
