How to identify the first energy login in your online banking account
- July 13, 2021
An online banking service provider has released a new tool that lets you identify the energy login that’s been associated with your online bank account.
The tool, created by energy login tool provider Electron Energy, will help users identify which accounts have been associated by the company with first energy logging.
The Electron app, available for free in the Apple App Store, uses a “first energy” log in to identify which online banking accounts have energy login associated with them.
Users can click the “first” icon to get a list of accounts, which have first energy logins for the account, and then click “add” to create a new account.
Once created, the account can be linked to any online bank with a simple click.
The app also displays a bar graph of energy log ins for each account, which can be accessed via the Electron site, in the form of an interactive map.
It is currently available in the U.S. and Australia.
Electron is also working on a product that will identify energy login for all accounts on the web, according to the Electrons Twitter account.
“Electron Energy will be developing a tool to identify and help protect accounts that are using energy login,” the company said in a tweet.
“We are also working with a number of financial institutions to develop this tool.”
Electron declined to comment further.
In the past, the company has also published lists of accounts that had energy login, though it has not done so this time.
In a statement to Reuters, Electron said it would be releasing more information about its energy login program on Thursday.
The company did not respond to a request for comment.
